I mixed the plum pellets with the almond. Good smoke flavour and colour. Better quality pellet than what you find at the big box stores.
The knotty wood pellets worked a treat in the Traeger grill and the smoke flavour was not to far away from an offset smoker. Got great bark with them. If you are doing a long cook with them, then be prepared to clean out the fire box as they do have bark in the pellets and you get some clumping of the ash. Great products and highly recommend.
