Christmas 2025 - New Year 2026 Trading and Shipping Information
We would like to wish all our friends, customers and the greater BBQ community a very Merry Christmas, and all the best for the New Year.
We will be packing and sending orders through to Tuesday the 23rd of December, 2025, details of such follows.
- No Orders will be shipped from 12:00pm on the 23rd of December, 2025 through 29th of December, 2025.
- Warehouse Pickup will be on a request only basis from 12:00pm Monday the 22nd of December, 2025, through till 8:00am Thursday the 8th of January, 2026 (Excluding Weekends and Public Holidays).
- For Pickup orders between Monday the 22nd of December, 2025, and Thursday the 8th of January, 2026, please reach out to us via the Contact Us page to make arrangements to place the order (minus any shipping charges) plus organising a pickup time as we will only be at the warehouse at specific times.
Warehouse Pickups will not be available on Public Holidays, Weekends or Friday the 2nd of January, 2026. - Due to reduced courier services between Christmas and New Years Day, bulky and/or heavy orders won't be shipped between the 23rd of December, 2025, and the 7th of January, 2026. All regular orders will be sent, in most cases with Australia Post.
Shipping Cut Off Dates:
Based on information provided by Couriers and Australia Post, the following is a list of suggested dates to best ensure the delivery of your order before Christmas.
NT - Friday 12 Dec, by 12:00 pm AEDT
TAS - Monday 15 Dec, by 12:00 pm AEDT
WA - Monday 15 Dec, by 12:00 pm AEDT
SA - Thursday 18 Dec, by 12:00 pm AEDT
VIC - Thursday 18 Dec, by 12:00 pm AEDT
QLD - Thursday 18 Dec, by 12:00 pm AEDT
ACT - Friday 19 Dec, by 9:00 am AEDT
NSW - Friday 19 Dec, by 9:00 am AEDT
SYDNEY METRO - Monday 22 Dec, by 9:00am AEDT
(All Regional/Remote/Country regions - Friday 12 Dec, by 12:00 pm AEDT).
For orders placed after the dates/times above, we will still dispatch your order ASAP but your order may not be delivered before Christmas. Once an order is in transit we have no control over the time it will take. Everything is sent with tracking information.
