Christmas and New Year Trading, 2020
We would like to wish all our customers, suppliers and the greater BBQ community a very Merry Christmas, and all the best for the New Year.
We will be packing and sending orders throughout the holiday period, details of such follows.
- No Orders will be packed or shipped on Public Holidays (Christmas Day, Boxing Day & New Years Day).
- Warehouse Pickup will not be available on Friday the 25th, Saturday the 26th of December 2020, & Friday the 1st of January, 2021.
- Due to reduced courier and postal operations on the 29th, 30th & 31st orders are only being despatched and/or picked up before 12:00pm (Sydney Time). Any order placed after 12:00pm will be sent the following day.
- Warehouse pickup will only be available for same day pickup (usually within 2 hours) for orders placed before 12:00pm. Orders placed after 12:00pm will be available the following morning.
We have a few best selling products currently out of stock, we have containers due in the next week, so unavailable items will be available in the first week of January at the latest.
Whilst we have the above mentioned policies in place so we can enjoy some down time over the holiday period, if you have an urgent requirement for Pellets, Charcoal, Rubs or Sauces, please send us a message via the Contact Us page and we will see if we can assist.
