Ingredients:
Salt, sugar, monosodium glutamate, spices, dehydrated garlic, citric acid, crystallized lemon (lemon oil, lemon juice), lemon peel powder, refined soybean oil, oleoresin turmeric, natural flavor and less than 2% tricalcium phosphate added to prevent caking.

as off all off heath riles rubs there is a punch off flavor and this also makes an awesome base coat on beef/chicken as well it also goes really well on top of smashed avocado. this is a must have in any pit masters pantry :)
