Made with spices that perfectly suit any cut of beef, our Beef Injection is a great way to keep your meat tender, juicy, and flavourful.

You can inject our pre-made mix or brine with it — either way, your beef will be full of flavour to the very last bite!

Mix 1/2 cup of injection to 475ml of Beef Stock, Beef Broth, Water or liquid of your choice. 

Mix/Shake well before using.

This recipe is enough to inject 1 Brisket weighing 6-8kg.

One bag of Beef Injection should do at least 4 Briskets.
