Small Batch Sausage Seasoning
Make Your Own Flavourful, Homemade Southern-Style Breakfast Sausage.
Directions:
- Add 1 Tablespoon of Malcom's Country Sausage Seasoning per 450g ground pork. Mix well to incorporate seasons fully. For best results, refrigerate for 1 hour prior to cooking.
- For different types of spicy breakfast sausage, substitute ground wild game, beef or lamb.
- Store fresh mixed sausage in refrigerator for up to 4 days. After 4 days, wrap with freezer paper or vacuum seal and store in freezer.
Ingredients:
Salt, spices, brown sugar, monosodium glutamate and refined soybean oil.

Angela Not exactly what I was expecting but still a nice seasoning mix. Start off with half the amount of seasoning mix as suggested, it is very overpowering.
